Our speaker, Dr. Gurjit Singh, an expert in this area, explores the why and the how.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Dr. Gurjit Singh is a researcher employed by Sonova AG. His work endeavours to better understand factors that contribute to success with hearing instruments and other forms of audiologic rehabilitation, with a specific focus on decision making processes. In addition to being an audiologist, he completed an M.A. in social psychology from the University of Waterloo and a PhD in cognitive psychology from the University of Toronto. Dr. Singh is an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Toronto and Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly called Ryerson University), a Professor at Salus University, and a fellow of the International Collegium of Rehabilitative Audiology.
