ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Dr. Le Grange has been involved in Training, development and coaching for the best part of 30 years. She started as a teacher in Secondary Education, after which the opportunity presented itself to develop lecturers in Higher Education. For a period of 10 years, she was involved in Management and Leadership development in industry, which included the design and development as well as facilitation of learning solutions. She used coaching as a tool to assist Managers from mid-level to Executives to determine strategy and invest in people for achieving strategic goals. Over and above a Doctorate in the Psychology of Education, she completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Coaching at the University of Stellenbosch’s Executive Development Company. Since 2016 she is founder and owner of A-Z Authentic coaching, responsible for investing in people, focusing amongst other, on the importance of brain preference, emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict handling skills. Currently she is doing corporate, life coaching and trauma facilitation.
